Events Coordinator of Bharat Sansthan – University of Strathclyde Set up to promote a greater understanding of Indian Culture, I work as team leader to organize events and coordinate with the executive committee on matters concerning marketing and funds (October 2014 – present)  Debating – I have won inter-house and inter-college debates (English and Hindi). I have furthermore been a member of my college debating society and worked as a team member in organizing Vivad, an inter-college debating event. I was finally part of the organizing team for the commerce association fest in college – Bizfiesta 2012  Voluntary Work – I have provided assistance to the visually challenged through projects as a member of National Service Scheme (NSS), and have additionally organized food distribution sessions for the underprivileged  Additional interests – I enjoy yoga for relaxation and to keep fit. I am furthermore extremely passionate about poetry, regularly reading a variety of texts and writing my own poems.
